At one time a daunting task for salon management, maintaining a schedule of customer appointments has shifted to a self-serve web application that customers use on their own.

The perfect storm of phone calls and texts are all but gone, leaving management to get other pressing work done.

This is probably the most impressive example I’ve seen of a website I’ve prepared changing people’s lives.
